Can a person, who is not having any disease or health disorder, consume Ganoderma?

In the scenario of the present times,  the environment and the consumable products are loaded with numerous toxins. Because of this, almost every one, with may be  a few exceptions, is living in a pre-clinical diseased condition. The symptoms of the disease appear only when the cellular damage reaches a level where the cell is unable to perform optimally. Is it wise to wait for that to happen? My  opinion is that everyone should consume Ganoderma based products  daily, in routine as a part of food, so that the detoxification occurs on a regular daily basis and the cells maintain their optimal natural activity. There is an old saying “Prevention is better than cure” and believe me “it is much cheaper”.
